Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer – Water/Wastewater (PE Required or Ability to Obtain)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join a growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, supporting a variety of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking to take the next step in their career while working on impactful public works projects throughout North Texas.

• Support the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater projects, including pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities, and related municipal infrastructure
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and construction plans/specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, internal design teams, and external stakeholders (clients, municipalities, contractors)
• Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance requirements
• Participate in project meetings and provide design support through construction as needed
• Contribute to quality control and ensure projects meet schedule and budget expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5–10 years of professional experience working on water/wastewater projects in the United States
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
• Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure design standards and industry best practices
• Experience with engineering design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Water
  
  CAD, etc. preferred)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Municipal water distribution and wastewater collection system design
• Client-facing experience and ability to work in a team-oriented consulting environment
