About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of a wide range of structural engineering projects, with a strong emphasis on K-12 educational facilities, seismic retrofitting, and mission-critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

Lead and support structural design efforts from concept through construction.

Perform structural analysis and prepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.

Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction administration.

Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentorship of junior staff.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant structural engineering experience.

Experience with K-12 educational projects is highly desirable.

Familiarity with seismic retrofitting design and mission-critical facilities.

Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP
2000, RISA, Revit).

Strong communication and project management skills.
