About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the design and delivery of a wide range of structural engineering projects, with a strong emphasis on K-12 educational facilities, seismic retrofitting, and mission-critical infrastructure. The firm values engineers who are not only technically proficient but also passionate about expanding their expertise across various sectors, including commercial, institutional, and public works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support structural design efforts from concept through construction.
  • Perform structural analysis and prepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and construction administration.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentorship of junior staff.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant structural engineering experience.
  • Experience with K-12 educational projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with seismic retrofitting design and mission-critical facilities.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP
    2000, RISA, Revit).
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
