The OpportunityWe are building a Project Engineering & MEP Delivery talent pool for large-scale data center construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
These roles coordinate mechanical and electrical systems, manage technical submittals, track long-lead equipment, and ensure installation sequencing supports commissioning and turnover without schedule disruption.

Technical Coordination
Bridge the gap between design documents and field execution for power, cooling, and critical systems.
MEP Delivery Management
Coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors to ensure installation aligns with specifications and schedules.
RFIs, Submittals, and QA/QC
Manage technical submittals and RFIs to remove bottlenecks before they impact progress.
Progress & Risk Tracking
Track installation progress, long-lead equipment, and constraints tied to commissioning readiness.
Interface Management
Coordinate across civil, structural, and MEP trades to prevent clashes and schedule slippage.
Required Experience- 3+ years in construction delivery, project engineering, or MEP-focused project management
- Hands-on exposure to mechanical and electrical systems in construction
- Working knowledge of power distribution, UPS/generators, cooling systems, and supporting infrastructure
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, procurement tracking, and site coordination
- Comfort operating on active construction sites and resolving issues in real time
- Experience on data center, mission-critical, semiconductor, or life sciences projects
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, BIM coordination platforms, or similar
- A solutions-oriented mindset; you help resolve issues in the field
Technical Density
Work on complex MEP systems in construction.
