The Structural Project Engineer will work closely with a Project Manager and contribute technical expertise across design, calculations, drawings, and field reviews. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex engineering problems, and wants to grow into a senior‑level technical leader.
Key Responsibilities Technical- Perform structural design, calculations, and analysis with guidance from senior staff.
- Prepare construction documents and assist with technical reports and specifications.
- Review submittals and ensure alignment with design intent.
- Use BIM and design software to develop accurate, high-quality deliverables.
- Research and analyze data to support project planning and design.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other design partners.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.
- Develop working knowledge of building codes, permitting requirements, and client expectations.
- Manage multiple assignments with overlapping deadlines.
- Build relationships with clients and design team members.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Proficiency with Revit.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- PE certification preferred.
- Primarily office-based with computer work.

- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
