Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer
We are seeking a Design Engineer located in the DFW metro. Our client is a well-established industrial manufacturer operating at the forefront of the clean energy and advanced materials space, currently entering an exciting phase of growth and project development.
This is a hands-on, highly technical role focused on process innovation, machine design, and facility layout. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an environment that combines design, prototyping, automation, and industrial manufacturing to ensure systems operate efficiently from concept through commissioning.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Serve as a member of the Physical Design Engineering team
- Collaborate with process, controls, and manufacturing teams to design integrated automated processes
- Deliver detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for supplier bidding and compliance
- Lead fabrication, installation, and commissioning of machinery and equipment to ensure operational performance
- Conduct design reviews, supplier evaluations, and compliance audits to relevant industrial standards
The ideal candidate will hold a BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. They will have at least three years of process design and automation experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills, process safety knowledge, and an entrepreneurial mindset are highly valued.
