We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Civil Engineer with a minimum 4–7 years of professional experience to support the design and delivery of building-led civil engineering projects. The role is focused on civil works associated with commercial, residential, industrial, and mission‑critical buildings, working closely with structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
Key Responsibilities- Design and coordinate civil engineering elements associated with buildings and site developments
- Prepare civil design drawings, calculations, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and contractors
- Support projects through all phases: concept, design development, permitting, and construction
- Participate in site visits, construction coordination, and RFIs
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and permitting requirements
- Assist in mentoring junior staff and contributing to technical reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (ABET‑accredited preferred)
- 4–7 years of relevant civil engineering experience, preferably on building‑related projects
- Experience working on civil design for commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed‑use developments
- Proficiency with industry‑standard software (e.g. AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or actively pursuing PE
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary design team
- Familiarity with permitting processes and authority approvals
