Quality Engineer

Dallas, Texas

Market Leader | Visible Impact | Real Ownership

We are partnering with a respected HVAC manufacturing leader located in the Dallas area. This is a company that leads its market, values operational excellence, and takes quality and safety seriously.

This is not a massive corporation where you disappear into layers of bureaucracy. It is a focused, performance-driven organization where your work will be visible and your influence will matter.

This position requires U.S. work authorization. Sponsorship is not available.

Why Dallas

Dallas continues to be one of the strongest industrial and manufacturing markets in the country. Strong economy. No state income tax. Central logistics hub. Growth across construction, HVAC, and manufacturing. This is a place where careers scale.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, this Quality Engineer will have meaningful ownership.

You will not simply maintain ISO systems. You will help strengthen and evolve them.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 initiatives
  • Driving root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Conducting internal audits and improving compliance systems
  • Partnering with operations to improve product and process quality
  • Supporting OSHA compliance and environmental permitting
  • Serving as a key contact for workplace incident response and prevention

This role operates both in the office and on the production floor, where quality decisions have real operational impact.

What We Are Looking For
  • 3 to 5 years of Quality and/or EHS experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards
  • Experience with OSHA compliance and environmental regulations
  • A proactive, accountable problem solver who takes ownership

Certifications such as CQE, CSP, or OSHA 30 are valued.

If you are ready to move from maintaining systems to influencing quality culture in a growing Dallas operation, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
