In this role, responsibilities may include:Design and Development:
- Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits from signal chain domain to high power domain.
- Ensure designs meet specified performance, quality, and reliability standards.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology.
- Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies within the team.
- Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.
- Work closely with other engineering teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
- Interface with customers and partners as needed to understand requirements and provide technical support.
