Ogmint Technical Services is a Provider of Niche professionals across the Energy Industry. We are currently seeking multiple Electrical & Mechanical Engineers for construction on a large Energy and AI Data Center Campus.

Our client is building behind the meter Power Generation + AI Data Centers.

Seeking Mid Level to Sr Engineers - pay will be in accordance with experience.

Dallas or Amarillo

• Design and optimize electrical or mechanical systems for reliability and performance.
• Support equipment installation, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory codes (NEC, IEEE, NFPA, ASME).
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
• 3+ years of engineering experience in industrial, power, or related systems.
• Proven ability to lead projects and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of design tools and software (AutoCAD, Solid Works, MATLAB, or similar).

• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a can do attitude.
