Product Realization Engineer

Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications organization, is seeking a Product Realization Engineer to support enterprise product integration and lifecycle enablement efforts. This role is responsible for ensuring voice, data, and mobility products are successfully integrated across front-end and back-end systems to support full lifecycle functionality - including sales, ordering, provisioning, assurance, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience working within large enterprise telecom environments and can contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time.

• 10–15+ years of experience within large telecommunications enterprise environments
• Deep familiarity with complex internal telecom systems and operational processes
• Experience supporting product realization or lifecycle management initiatives
• Ability to work across engineering, sales, operations, and network teams
• Engineering background preferred (not required to be deeply hands-on)
• Strong understanding of enterprise telecom product integration

• Integrate new and enhanced voice, data, and mobility products into existing enterprise systems
• Ensure products are fully enabled across sales, ordering, provisioning, and service assurance platforms
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across engineering, network, architecture, labs, development, sales operations, and support teams
• Validate operational readiness prior to product launch
• Support upgrades and product evolution initiatives (e.g., mobility or 5G transitions)
• Ensure lifecycle continuity from product introduction through ongoing support

• Prior experience working within large telecommunications enterprise systems
• Deep knowledge of telecom product lifecycle processes and internal system integration
• Ability to contribute immediately with minimal onboarding
• Willingness to work onsite in Dallas, TX five days per week
