Senior Chief Engineer – Dallas, TX

Corner Stone Professional Placement is seeking a Senior Chief Engineer for a commercial real estate client in Downtown Dallas. As the Senior Chief Engineer, you will provide overall leadership and operational oversight of all building systems for a large, Class A office tower, ensuring safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, and exceptional tenant service.

• Lead and manage all engineering operations including HVAC, central plant, electrical, life‑safety, plumbing, and BAS.
• Supervise, train, and develop on‑site engineers and maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory and life‑safety requirements.
• Oversee preventive and reliability‑based maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime.
• Manage vendors, contractors, service agreements, and capital improvement projects.
• Support operating budgets, cost control initiatives, and energy optimization efforts.

• 10–15+ years of experience operating and maintaining large commercial building systems, preferably within Class A or complex assets.
• Experience supporting 1 M+ SF Class A commercial assets with 2 000+ daily occupants.
• BOMI SMT/SME highly preferred (or equivalent advanced technical credentials).
• 10–15+ years of maintenance management experience and prior leadership of engineering teams.

Full‑time, M-F 8 am‑5 pm / 7 am‑4 pm
Salary: $138,000–$140,000 base + up to 15‑20% annual bonus
