  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve material-related issues, including variations in performance, non-compliance with specifications, or customer complaints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes, develop corrective actions, and prevent recurrence. Evaluate and recognize improper construction methods and help to educate customers and finishers on proper construction techniques to reduce jobsite failures. Work with customers to evaluate and resolve concrete issues that originate from problems in the construction process.
