MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an MEP Project Manager to lead mission critical MEP delivery on data center builds including hyperscale campuses, colocation facilities, and BTS projects. This role sits at the center of MEP coordination, schedule, cost control, and turnover execution with strong site presence and regional travel.

• Lead MEP execution from mobilization through turnover across active data center projects
• Own MEP schedule integration, trade coordination, and milestone delivery
• Drive cost control, forecasting, and change management across MEP scopes
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement planning, and long lead equipment coordination
• Partner with mechanical, electrical, controls, and commissioning teams to ensure readiness for turnover
• Coordinate phased turnover, energization sequencing, and punch to closeout execution
• Maintain strong owner and GC communication cadence with clear reporting and documentation

• 5 plus years of project management experience supporting MEP delivery in construction environments
• Data center experience required including hyperscale, colo, or BTS builds and expansions
• Strong understanding of MEP systems coordination including critical power and cooling infrastructure
• Experience supporting commissioning readiness and integrated testing coordination
• Proven change order management, scope control, and documentation discipline
• Strong field leadership presence with ability to run meetings and drive action across trades
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with project scheduling tools
• Experience with Procore preferred
