STV is seeking a
** Senior BIM Lead for our Water Practice
** to provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in building information modeling (BIM) for any of our
** Texas locations**. The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and managerial skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.
*
* Responsibilities include:

*** Develop, implement, and oversee company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols in collaboration with technical and design teams.
* Lead multi-disciplinary BIM coordination meetings and facilitate resolution of complex design and coordination issues.
* Provide hands-on support for BIM software suite, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance.
* Manage and oversee the creation and maintenance of the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, Dynamo scripts, and applications.
* Evaluate project deliverables for compliance with BIM execution plans, standards, and client requirements.
* Interface directly with clients to define BIM deliverables, ensuring projects are executed as per agreed-upon BIM protocols.
* Promote continuous improvement by leveraging analytics to derive insights from project metrics.
* Train and mentor project teams in BIM best practices through both informal and formal learning sessions.
* Remain abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending tools and methodologies to further advance our BIM capabilities.
** Requirements:
*** Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
* A minimum of 8+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM.
* Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
* Demonstrated experience in parametric design and coding skills in Revit Dynamo Script.
* Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage teams.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* A desire to mentor junior staff and lead a team of specialists.

Required:

*** Professional Certification in BIM Management.
* Understanding of construction scheduling and estimating.
