Electrical Project Manager

Overview

We are hiring an Electrical Project Manager to lead mission critical electrical scopes on hyperscale, colocation, and BTS data center builds. This role is designed for an EC project leader who can own cost, schedule, procurement, field execution, and turnover readiness.

• Lead electrical scope delivery from mobilization through turnover on active data center projects
• Own cost control, forecasting, and change management across electrical packages
• Coordinate procurement and long lead equipment planning including switch gear, transformers, UPS, generators, and distribution equipment
• Manage subcontractors, manpower planning, installation sequencing, and QA QC execution
• Drive turnover documentation discipline including test reports, as builts, and closeout packages
• Partner with commissioning teams to support energization sequencing and integrated testing readiness
• Maintain strong customer and GC coordination cadence with accurate reporting and issue resolution

• 5 plus years of project management experience with an electrical contractor or GC electrical division
• Direct mission critical data center experience required including hyperscale, colo, or BTS builds and expansions
• Strong understanding of critical power systems including medium voltage and low voltage distribution, switch gear, UPS, generators, transformers, PDUs, RPPs, grounding and bonding
• Experience supporting commissioning readiness, energization planning, and integrated testing coordination
• Proven change management, subcontractor management, and documentation rigor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with scheduling tools
• Experience with Procore preferred
