Interview Process: 2 rounds – 1st round virtual and 2nd round in person panel

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering
• 5–10 years of applicable experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• Proficiency in substation engineering (physical layout, P&C, relay settings, commissioning)
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and CAD staff

• Experience developing proposals, specs, and bid documents

The Project Engineer III mentors engineering and CAD teams in physical layout and protection/control design. This role serves as the sealing engineer for most project deliverables and maintains customer relationships, including support for future business development. Reports to the Divisional Manager.

• Mentor and schedule work for junior engineers and designers
• Act as customer point of contact for active and upcoming projects
• Perform engineering calculations and direct project design using industry standards
• Prepare complex documentation including specifications and bid packages
• Conduct detailed drawing reviews to ensure clarity and design accuracy
• Oversee and train Project Engineers I and II
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Perform additional duties as required
