Tool Calibration Technician

The Calibration Technician ensures the accuracy and compliance of all precision tools, gauges, and measurement equipment used in aircraft engine maintenance. This position contributes to a dedicated team responsible for the comprehensive management and strategic development of all tooling-related aspects within the engineering department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

* Perform calibration of precision tools and measurement equipment according to standards.

* Maintain calibration records and certificates in digital systems.

* Plan and execute calibration schedules to prevent downtime.

* Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and OEM calibration requirements.

* Support audits and inspections related to measurement equipment.

* Troubleshoot and resolve calibration-related issues.

Required Skills/Abilities:

* Perform calibration of precision tools and measurement equipment according to standards.

* Maintain calibration records and certificates in digital systems.

* Plan and execute calibration schedules to prevent downtime.

* Ensure compliance with FAA/EASA and OEM calibration requirements.

* Support audits and inspections related to measurement equipment. Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment.

* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Excellent work ethic and motivation for a high standard of work.

* Troubleshoot and resolve calibration-related issues.
