About the role
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical SME to support the delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects.
This role will serve as the technical authority across preconstruction, construction, and commissioning - ensuring electrical infrastructure is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Lead technical oversight of all electrical scopes
- Review and validate design documents and submittals
- Advise on power distribution systems (MV/LV, switch gear, UPS, generators, bus duct)
- Support bid leveling, subcontractor coordination, and scope clarification
- Drive commissioning strategy and integrated systems testing
- Identify and mitigate technical risk across project phases
- Mentor MEP and project teams
- 10+ years electrical construction experience
- Strong mission-critical / data center background
- Deep knowledge of power distribution and redundancy strategies (N+1, 2N)
- Experience supporting commissioning and energization
