As a Process Control Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing Model Predictive Control (MPC) processes specifically tailored to the Food and Snack Industry. Your expertise in developing PLC controls for food processes, product handling, and packaging equipment will be instrumental in optimizing efficiency and ensuring product quality.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to supervise partners working on MPC solutions, guiding them towards successful implementation and driving innovation within the team. With an eye on industry trends and techniques, you'll maintain awareness of the latest advancements in MPC, constantly striving to push the boundaries of what's possible.

With an expected travel commitment of 35% of your time, you'll have the chance to collaborate with teams and clients, sharing your expertise and contributing to the success of projects on-site.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A deep understanding of Model Predictive Control, with a proven track record of developing effective solutions.
• Proficiency in temperature and fluid dynamics, leveraging this knowledge to optimize processes and enhance product quality.
• Experience as an electrical engineer, bringing valuable insights to the table and contributing to the overall success of projects.
• Demonstrated experience in programming PLC systems from scratch, with expertise in Red Lion, Allen Bradley, and Siemens platforms.
• Familiarity with SCADA or MES systems is a definite plus, enhancing your ability to integrate control systems seamlessly.
