Texas Instruments is seeking an (RF) Engineering Technician to join our team in Advanced Technology Development - Device Characterization Lab.
- Technical functions in support of engineering activities such as on‑wafer RF/DC/Pulse characterization of components during process development, SPICE modeling and new measurement development. Supporting Load‑pull and RF noise figure on‑wafer characterization up to 70 GHz.
- Applications may include analog, RF, high‑speed digital technology components, ESD (TLP) characterization and wafer testing under mechanical stress.
- Work with test chip layouts, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble‑shooting functions.
- Conduct engineering tests and detailed experimental testing to collect technology data or assist in research work.
- Perform operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
- Supporting equipment readiness, calibration, lab safety and compliance.
