Senior Water​/Wastewater Project Leader

A growing, nationally recognized engineering firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects while strengthening client partnerships and supporting practice growth.

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater projects (treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations)
• Manage scope, schedule, budgets, and QA/QC across multiple concurrent projects
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring high-quality delivery and long-term relationships
• Support business development efforts, including proposals and new work capture
• Mentor and guide engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 12+ years of relevant experience
• Active P.E. license required
• Proven track record in project delivery, client management, and team leadership
