The Telecom Crew Field Supervisor plays a critical role in leading underground telecommunication construction teams. This position involves ensuring that the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment are conducted with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timeliness. A strong understanding of telecommunications construction, excavation equipment, and utility lines is essential, along with troubleshooting capabilities.

This is a TRAVEL position.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment to ensure projects are completed effectively and safely.
  • Manage daily crew activities, tracking project progress and ensuring compliance with deliverables.
  • Facilitate clear communication between employees, contractors, vendors, and customers.
  • Identify and address project challenges, developing plans to mitigate risks.
  • Understand and align with business goals while navigating ongoing challenges.
  • Implement effective processes to support project completion.
  • Communicate effectively with company staff, contractors, and customers to ensure task completion.
Qualifications Needed:
  • Associates Degree in a relevant field, or 3 years of related experience
  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Strong project management skills, including planning and organizing
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and motor vehicle records check
