About the OpportunityWe are a fast-growing regional engineering and survey firm based in Dallas, TX, with an active pipeline of land development projects across the DFW Metroplex and broader Texas market. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and experienced Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality survey services to our growing client base.

What You’ll Do- Lead and manage land development survey projects from start to finish, including boundary surveys, subdivision plats, and construction staking
- Oversee and coordinate field crews and office technicians to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
- Review, seal, and certify survey documents, plats, and legal descriptions in accordance with Texas statutes
- Prepare project scopes, proposals, schedules, and budgets
- Collaborate with civil engineers, developers, and municipal agencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform QA/QC on all survey data and final deliverables
- Maintain compliance with TBPLS regulations and professional standards
- Support business development through strong client relationships and repeat work
- Active RPLS license in the State of Texas — required
- 5–10 years of professional land surveying experience, with a focus on land development
- Solid experience with subdivision plats, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and construction staking
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Trimble software
- Familiarity with GPS/GNSS equipment and total stations
- Strong understanding of Texas land laws, title standards, and plat requirements
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
