1. Provide after-sales technical support for U.S.
-based projects. Take ownership of technical issue resolution during the post-delivery phase. Complete design drawings and place orders in compliance with company standards to ensure final problem resolution.
2. Execute on-site design changes and installation guidance. Implement design modifications at U.S. customer sites, provide installation instructions, and ensure proper closure of change orders.
3. Respond to small-scale ECR (Engineering Change Request) retrofit needs. Engage with customers, develop solutions, prepare quotations and documentation, and drive order conversion.
4. Support projects during the sales-to-delivery (mid-sales) phase. Assist in identifying on-site mechanical issues, validating design concepts, and conducting verification tests as required.
5. Regularly compile lessons learned from U.S. project sites. Perform post-mortem analysis, summarise improvement recommendations, and share insights with the engineering and service teams.
6. Support North American project acceptance (FAT/SAT). Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and help drive successful project sign-off.
Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, or a related mechanical engineering discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of non-standard automation design experience. Experience in the new energy industry or team leadership is strongly preferred.
3. Proficient in Solid Works, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office software.
4. Fluent in both Chinese and English, with the ability to independently lead English meetings with international customers.
5. Strong communication, coordination, execution, and overall task management skills.
6. Willing to be based long-term in the USA and willing to travel as required by service
