JOB SUMMARY

The Director, Crude Oil & Finished Products, will oversee all Delek Logistics Midstream technical support and regulatory compliance functions. This individual will be charged with leading and motivating their team, ensuring continuity of standards and processes, understanding of risk, and the ability to effectively execute with the highest standards of efficiency, safety, and productivity.

We are looking for a Director, Crude Oil & Finished Products with leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to anticipate and challenge situations, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, and the ability to develop economic and marginal analysis for sound decisions. The successful candidate must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and make decisions quickly and effectively. This individual will be comfortable working in an environment of uncertainty and change, constantly seeking to drive value for the organization based on the changing landscape.

With an eye towards safety, cost control, and value creation, the Director, Crude Oil & Finished Products will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management, oversight and direct accountability for the technical disciplines related to effectively managing operational excellence in the Company. The Director, Crude Oil & Finished Products will be based in Dallas, TX with leadership responsibility for 5‑7 direct reports with approximately 40‑50 indirect reports.

REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum undergraduate degree in engineering or other closely related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years’ strong proven experience in midstream technical, operations and/or other management and technical roles associated in midstream operations or Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements, operating excellence best practices and commercial practices for downstream and/or Oil & Gas Industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Master’s degree in engineering, business administration or other closely related fields.
  • Professional Engineering Licensure or any related license.
  • Experience in M&A, integration and asset disposal, corporate and large project governance, value chain and portfolio management and optimization, regulatory risk management oversight and policy.
