Senior Water​/Wastewater Project Leader | PE

• Lead the planning and design ofwater/wastewater projects. Typical projects will include watertransmission mains, sanitary sewers, wastewater force mains, andwastewater pump stations.
• Plan and conduct work requiringjudgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and substantialadaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, andcriteria.
• Actively lead and participate inproject delivery to create an exemplary client experience.
• Serve as project manager and/or technical subject matter expert on projects with limited complexity and/orsize and works on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of alarge project.
• Assist with marketing, business development, proposal preparation, interviews, and presentations.
• Support development of strong client relationships with existing clients and with the establishment of new clients.
• Monitor performance indicators,budgets, schedules, and manage risk.
• Opportunities to train, coach, andmentor junior design staff in developing and delivering design projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited engineering program
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Texas required; or ability to register through reciprocity
• 15+ years related to the delivery ofwater/wastewater projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required, Civil 3
  
  Dand/or Microstation
• Proven client management and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
