Municipal Water Conveyance Leader – Dallas, TX

We’re looking for a Water Conveyance Projects Leader to drive delivery of major infrastructure programs across the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex with a strong local focus and minimal travel.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, multi‑discipline water conveyance / water transmission / linear infrastructure projects
• Ensure quality, schedule, budget, and contract compliance
• Provide technical leadership and mentor high‑performing teams
• Partner with pursuit teams to win and shape major programs
• Drive innovation in design‑build delivery and digital engineering

• Experience delivering municipal linear infrastructure / water conveyance systems (pipelines, pump stations, tunnels)
• Background in Design‑Build or collaborative delivery
