Job Description
- Own component/subsystem design; perform CAE simulations and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Apply DFM/DFS; conduct verification/validation testing to DOE/AHRI/UL standards.
- Interface with sales, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure requirements are met.
- Write engineering documentation; manage tasks and report progress to project leads.
- 5+ years in product development roles; proficiency in CAE and design documentation.
- Knowledge of standards compliance and testing protocols (UL 60335-2-40, AHRI, DOE).
- Customer-focused mindset; ability to translate VoC into design requirements.
