Pay: $21.00 - $44.00 USD per hour, including shift differential.

Prime Air is seeking a Repair Technician who combines technical skills with a passion for maintaining machinery and aircraft. The Repair Technician will be responsible for drone maintenance and routine service, ensuring the aircraft conforms to design, and that vehicles are in safe operating condition. They will work closely with engineering, flight operations, and other Prime Air teams to deliver on assigned responsibilities.

• Drive time-based and condition-based maintenance activities.
• Show understanding of fleet performance metrics.
• Verify adherence to FAA regulations and Prime Air directives and processes.
• Manage fleet spare parts and inventory.
• Demonstrate a proactive safety mindset in ambiguous situations.
• Follow detailed instructions outlined in technical manuals.

• Can carry/lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
• Ability to push, pull, squat, bend and reach frequently.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• 1+ years of electrical or mechanical engineering experience.
• Experience with common business applications and tools (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Work a flexible schedule/shift including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Can work in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels, including outdoor and refrigerated environments.
• Record of good attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

• Experience in installing sub-assemblies and assemblies while working to drawings or CAD files.
• Experience in the aviation industry.
• Experience in business communication skills.
• Experience in robotics and manufacturing engineering.

• Work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• May require a deemed export control license; placement contingent on obtaining license.
• May be subject to Department of Transportation drug and alcohol testing if conducting safety-sensitive functions as defined by the FAA.
