Essential Functions
- Assist with Pursuit modelling and delivery
- Assist with Laser Scanning efforts in field, and processing/registering/aligning to models
- Assist with supplemental modelling
- Assist with Drone capture, modelling
- Builds effective relationships with project teams, functional departments, customers, vendors, and user groups that reflect and support company core values and meet or exceed the customer’s expectations.
- Actively participates in industry, client, and community relations to enhance company image.

Working ConditionsThe majority of work is completed in an office setting with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an associate’s degree or certification in Building Information Modeling (BIM) or Construction Technology is also acceptable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of Autodesk Construction Cloud, PROCORE, Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Demonstrated technology aptitude and modeling understanding.
- Previous operations internship experience and general building capabilities.
