Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineering

We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead capital projects in a manufacturing plant, covering processing, packaging, and utility systems. The role involves managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards .

• Manage project budgets, approvals, and technical requirements.
• Lead projects through planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Convert business needs into equipment and process solutions.
• Coordinate with plant teams, vendors, contractors, and corporate engineering.
• Develop technical proposals, feasibility studies, and improvement plans.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, or related Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing systems design and project management.
• Experience working across multiple plant operations.

• Knowledge of high-speed packaging systems, automation, and process engineering standards.
• Strong project management, budgeting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work flexible schedules when needed.

• Familiarity with TQM, Six Sigma, and regulatory standards such as OSHA and FDA.
