- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related)
- 10+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing or regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and continuous improvement tools
- Experience working with AS9100 or similar quality standards
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel and Minitab
- Solid Works experience (3D modeling and PDM preferred)
- Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- U.S. Citizen or eligible under ITAR regulations
- Ability to travel to government or military installations if required
