As a Project Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in bringing residential, commercial, mixed‑use development, and renewable energy projects to life. You’ll be part of a highly experienced, collaborative, forward‑thinking survey team that values precision, creativity, and growth.
What You’ll Do- Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.
- Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.
- Use your technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients – you’ll be the trusted survey voice on the team.
- Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.
- A deep understanding of Boundary Surveys, ALTA Surveys, Legal Descriptions, Easements, Title Review, and Real Estate Documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
- Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred.
- Prior field crew experience is a plus – you understand both sides of the process.

Pay Range$37 – $47 USD
