We're looking for a Water Conveyance Projects Leader to drive delivery of major infrastructure programs across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex-with a strong local focus and minimal travel.

What You'll Do

* Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-discipline water conveyance / water transmission / linear infrastructure projects

* Ensure quality, schedule, budget, and contract compliance

* Provide technical leadership and mentor high-performing teams

* Partner with pursuit teams to win and shape major programs

* Drive innovation in design-build delivery and digital engineering

Here's what you'll need

* PE license + Engineering degree

* Experience delivering municipal linear infrastructure / water conveyance systems (pipelines, pump stations, tunnels)

* Background in Design-Build or collaborative delivery

* Strong leadership and client relationship skills
