Mission Schneider Electric's Infrastructure Segment offers an exciting opportunity for a highly talented, motivated, and solution-oriented professional to join as a Solution Architect. This rapidly growing segment spans multiple domains, including power & grid, airports, ports, charging infrastructure, and semiconductors and delivers a comprehensive portfolio of software and hardware solutions. These solutions enable customers to digitize operations, modernize infrastructure, orchestrate energy resources, and accelerate their electrification and sustainability journeys.

The Infrastructure Segment is at the forefront of innovation, partnering with customers globally to address the unprecedented challenges driven by rapid electrification and significant load growth. This role is focused on supporting customers across North America, ensuring the region is equipped with advanced, integrated solutions tailored to its unique infrastructure demands and modernization priorities. For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $185,000 - $215,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Design integrated solutions for power & grid, airports, ports, rail/transit systems and EV charging Shape Schneider Electric's product and platform strategy through thought leadership and direct engagement with Business Units, R&D teams, and portfolio companies. Drive architectural consistency across solutions for the segment (e.g., grid automation, digital substations, energy/grid management, microgrids, and data/analytics platforms, etc.). Customer Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to utilities, transportation operators, and large energy consumers Lead strategic workshops and translate needs into solution roadmaps and architectures Support key pursuits with differentiated, future-ready technical strategies Internal

Collaboration:

Coordinate across R&D, sales, solution architects, and LoBs to align development roadmaps with North American market requirements. Ensure solutions are architected for interoperability, scalability, grid resiliency, and lifecycle flexibility across hardware, software, and services. Champion simplification and unification of Schneider Electric's portfolio where cross-LoB alignment is critical. Industry Participation:
Represent Schneider Electric in key industry groups to influence positioning and establish thought leadership. Stay abreast of emerging topics and research pertinent to grid innovation, sharing insights with internal teams. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in:
Electrical Infrastructure - HV/MV/LV distribution Grid automation & control systems DER integration and microgrids Operational technology (OT), and data platforms Technical Competencies Deep understanding of electrical distribution, transmission, protection, automation, SCADA, advance grid applications, microgrids, and grid-edge technologies Expertise with industry standards and architectures (CIM, IEC 61850, IEEE 1547, interoperability frameworks, grid data models).

Experience with dynamic load forecasting and digital twin scenario modeling, and interconnection strategies

Experience with developing technical reference architectures and designs for electrical infrastructure and automation/control capabilities Ability to interpret complex RFPs/RFQs and craft high-impact, customer‑centric solution strategies. Leadership & Business Skills Strong ability to communicate the "big picture" and contextualize Schneider Electric's value in the broader energy landscape.
