Land Surveyor

My client is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to support a variety of land development, municipal, transportation, and infrastructure projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role is responsible for performing and overseeing field and office surveying activities, including boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys, while working closely with engineers, project managers, clients, and contractors.

  Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, easement, and construction survey
• s.Conduct field data collection using GPS, robotic total stations, and other survey equipmen
• t.Complete construction staking and as-built surveys for civil engineering project
• s.Research deeds, plats, title commitments, and public records to establish property boundarie
• s.Process survey data and prepare maps, plats, exhibits, and legal description
• s.Coordinate survey activities with project teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencie
• s.Ensure compliance with Texas surveying standards and company quality requirement
• s.Review survey calculations, field notes, and deliverables for accurac
• y.Support project scheduling, budgeting, and client communication as neede

  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field prefer

  Texas RPLS license preferred; candidates working toward licensure are encouraged to ap
