The Process Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring manufacturing process quality, driving continuous improvement, and managing in-line quality control activities within the module production line. The role ensures product reliability, defect reduction, and compliance with internal and external standards.

• Monitor and control critical process parameters (lamination, stringing, EL, flash, etc.)
• Establish and maintain in-line inspection plans and SOPs
• Lead process audits and ensure compliance with quality systems
• Analyze yield loss and defect trends, and drive root cause analysis (RCA)
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Production, and R&D teams
• Support failure analysis including DH, HF, and mechanical stress issues
• Ensure compliance with IEC 61215, UL 61730, and customer requirements
• Support internal and external audits
• Supervise quality inspectors and technicians
• Provide training and performance management
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and EHS policies
• Perform other duties as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing quality (PV preferred)
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of PV module manufacturing processes
• Familiar with quality tools (PDCA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, MSA)
• Understanding of IEC/UL standards and ISO systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
