Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

• Support the design and delivery of land development projects from concept through construction
• Assist with site planning, grading, drainage design, and utility layout
• Prepare and review plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Collaborate with project managers on schedules, technical tasks, and client coordination
• Coordinate with local agencies to ensure compliance with permitting and zoning requirements
• Contribute to mentoring junior engineers and supporting team development
• Provide practical, cost-effective, and innovative design solutions for clients

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Texas P.E. license or ability to obtain via reciprocity (E.I.T. candidates considered)
• 3–5+ years of experience in land development engineering
• Proficiency in design tools such as Civil 3D (or similar)
• Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and site infrastructure design
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively in a team environment
