ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of our Water team, you'll be involved in diverse projects that broaden your knowledge in the water, wastewater, drinking water and environmental areas. Your tasks include data collection and analysis, developing and applying models for water systems optimization, coordinating tasks, evaluating water studies, and assisting with project delivery and client development. You'll also help evaluate and select the best approach to solve client challenges and plan and design systems and plant improvements.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field.
- Engineering positions require an Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or the ability to obtain it immediately upon hire.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, technical writing and reporting, research and data analysis, self‑motivation, teamwork, excellent communication, and organization.
- Authorization to work within the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Previous internship or work experience in the water market for a municipality, regulatory agency, or design/consulting firm.

CompensationBase salary range: $62,000 to $95,000, determined by location and factors such as skills, experience, and education.
