BIM Coordinator

H&G Systems – Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex, TX

Paid $30–$50/hr (competitive). Full‑time, hybrid after 90‑day probation.

• Create and modify mechanical drawings, HVAC and plumbing layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, and Fabrication MEP.
• Interpret plans and specifications; visit job sites to verify field conditions and gather measurements.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings; prepare schedules and clash‑check results.
• Support project managers with piping designs, detail drawings, and coordination documents.
• Ensure drawings and models remain accurate, organized, and on schedule.
• Complete additional project‑related duties as assigned.

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1‑hour lunch break
• 40 hours per week
• Hybrid work schedule available after successful completion of the 90‑day probationary period.

At least 2+ years of experience in CAD drafting, BIM coordination, or building‑engineering documentation preparation. Strong technical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a project team are required. Experience with commercial HVAC and plumbing systems is strongly preferred.

• Experience with AutoCAD and BIM software
• Experience using Navisworks
• Familiarity with Autodesk CAD‑MEP, Fabrication MEP, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Understanding of mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems
• Commercial drafting experience preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
• Technical degree preferred, but not required with relevant experience
