We’re looking for a Senior Environmental Consultant/Geologist with strong Texas regulatory experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated professional who enjoys technical work, client interaction, and mentoring junior staff.
Responsibilities- Prepare proposals, work plans, and cost estimates for soil, groundwater, and vapor intrusion assessments, remediation projects, and UST removals.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and subcontractors on project execution.
- Conduct field work including site assessments, soil/groundwater/vapor sampling, drilling oversight, and UST removal supervision.
- Analyze environmental data and prepare high-quality technical reports (Phase I & II ESAs, site investigations, corrective action plans, technical memoranda) for clients and regulatory submittal to TCEQ.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, regulators, and project stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high technical standards.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Geology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Texas Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 5+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience with strong working knowledge of Texas regulatory programs:
- TCEQ Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) Program
- Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP)
- Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP)
- Innocent Owner/Operator Program (IOP)
- Municipal Setting Designation (MSDs)
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must reside within reasonable daily commuting distance to the Enviro Phase Dallas office.
