As our project portfolio continues to grow across the United States, we are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage (BESS) projects.

What you'll do- Lead on-site quality assurance and quality control activities throughout project execution.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and enforcing the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- Performing inspections of civil, electrical, and mechanical works to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards (IEC, NEC, OSHA, etc.).
- Verifying the quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship across all project phases.
- Identifying, documenting, and tracking non-conformances (NCRs), while ensuring timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintaining complete and traceable quality records, including ITPs, inspection reports, checklists, test records, and as-built documentation.
- Reviewing and validating quality documentation from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensuring delivered equipment and materials meet contractual and technical requirements.
- Collaborating closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction teams, and the Owner's Engineer to support successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in utility-scale solar, BESS, energy, or civil/electrical construction projects.
- Strong understanding of solar PV and BESS construction processes, including civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes.
- Experience with quality management systems, document control platforms, and project management tools such as SharePoint, Procore, or similar.
- Familiarity with applicable industry standards and regulations.
- QA/QC certifications (ASQ CQT, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or similar) are a plus.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
