The Opportunity As the Civil, Structural, and Architectural Estimator, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work on CSA estimates in the following Industries
- Advanced Generation Battery Storage and Substation
- Utility Solar
- Fuel & Natural Resources/Process Support
- Development of complete proposal estimates by combining multi-discipline inputs for CSA scopes.
- Review design scopes, perform quantity takeoffs, and analyze construction productivity for CSA scopes.
- Develop estimate components including contingency, escalation, and cost reconciliation for CSA scopes.
- Perform cross-project comparisons of scope, quantities, and costs for CSA scopes.
- Prepare management presentations and maintain historical cost data for CSA scopes.
- Review designs/specifications for cost efficiency and recommend improvements for CSA scopes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and related change management for CSA scopes.
Relocation assistance can be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for estimate coordination and consolidation of each of the discipline estimates into the Proposal Estimate.
- Reviews design scopes and develop quantities.
- Performs productivity analysis of construction operations.
- Prepares direct labor estimates, distributable or contractors indirect cost estimates.
- Prepares contingency, escalation and reconciliation for estimates.
- Performs comparisons of scope, quantities and cost data between projects.
- Prepares management presentations.
- Updates and maintain historical cost data.
- Reviews designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggest alternatives where appropriate.
- Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvements.
Individual Contributor Preferred Qualifications
- BS or MS graduate in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but not required
- Field and/or project experience is a plus

Minimum Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.

In accordance with local requirements, the annual compensation ranges for this role are listed below by state or jurisdiction and reflect the applicable office location(s) within each.
State of Colorado: $107,404 - $161,150
State of Minnesota: $102,522 - $161,150
