Petco - 4775 Tinsley Road - Responsibilities:
Lead diagnosis of high-complexity mechanical, electrical, and controls issues (PLC logic, I/O, communications, VFD tuning, servo systems).;
Execute advanced repairs, system calibrations, and performance optimizations for Auto Store, robotics, AS/RS, conveyors, and sortation technologies.;
Interpret and modify PLC logic with vendor support as needed.;
Own root-cause analysis for chronic failures; develop long-term corrective solutions.;
Lead shift coverage planning for automation support.
