- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, supply chain and maintenance to ensure successful project implementation and sustained process performance.
- Use statistical analysis and process control tools (SPC) to monitor process capability and make data-backed recommendations.
- Train and mentor production staff on process changes, best practices and safety requirements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electromechanical/Mechatronics (or adjacent) engineering degree
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing/process engineering role, preferably in high-volume production environments.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping) and continuous improvement methodologies;
Six Sigma certification preferred. - Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES/ERP/MRP), CAD tools and basic knowledge of automation and PLC concepts preferred.
