Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

• Work on diverse, high-impact projects across commercial, mixed-use, and specialty sectors
• Be part of a fully integrated design team across architecture, engineering, and planning

• Support design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a variety of project types
• Assist in preparing construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines
• Participate in design meetings and contribute to project discussions
• Conduct site visits and support construction administration as needed
• Ensure designs align with applicable codes, standards, and client expectations

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• EIT certification (or actively working toward it)
• 0–3 years of experience in MEP or building systems design
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design tools
• Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Desire to grow into a licensed PE and take on increasing responsibility
