Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

- Support design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across a variety of project types
- Assist in preparing construction documents, drawings, and specifications
- Perform load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines
- Participate in design meetings and contribute to project discussions
- Conduct site visits and support construction administration as needed
- Ensure designs align with applicable codes, standards, and client expectations
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- EIT certification (or actively working toward it)
- 0–3 years of experience in MEP or building systems design
- Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems
- Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design tools
- Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Desire to grow into a licensed PE and take on increasing responsibility
