** The Opportunity*
* Black & Veatch's Structural Team is seeking an experienced, creative, and highly talented Structural Engineer for employment. The candidate will function in the capacity of a senior-level engineer.

This position is focused on the design of structures which support Water purification and treatment facilities, with specialized focus on Industrial clients and projects. This engineer will design a variety of structural systems, lead with their design experience, and collaborate with other disciplines, while delivering critical water infrastructure projects to the community. BVs broad portfolio of projects also provide the opportunity to participate in markets such as Power Generation, Industrial, Data Centers, Power Delivery, to name a few.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Execute complex structural analysis, perform calculations, and prepare sketches and drawings for the design of water and wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities, and other complex structural facilities.

+ Supervises Structural Engineers (both in the US and in overseas offices) and works with Structural Technicians in preparation of structural drawings and specifications. Is responsible for leading larger production teams and serving as the responsible charge for projects.

+ Perform construction phase engineering duties such as site visits, responding to RFI's, and review of contractor submittals.
