Lockstep Technology Group is seeking a Lead Pre-Construction Engineer to support new construction and renovation projects for primarily K-12 districts. You will develop detailed cost estimates, review drawings, and design AV and low‑voltage systems that meet budget, schedule, and code requirements.
In this role you’ll collaborate with engineering, estimating, and operations teams, mentor junior staff, and help hand off feasible designs to delivery. Travel 55–65% is expected.
