Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil design, focusing on land development and complex project management
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Proven track record of effective project management and leadership
  • Expertise in civil engineering principles, construction methods, and familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and risk management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and develop project teams
  • Experience with business development, including proposal preparation and client relationship management
