Senior Project Engineer

The Senior Project Engineer works within the Project Management Team which is responsible for planning and overseeing the project to ensure a timely and cost-effective outcome. Responsibilities include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling, ensuring the project is constructed safely, ethically, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

• 3+ Years of experience creating documentation such as RFIs and client correspondence on issues related to the notification provisions in contracts.
• 3+ years of reading and understanding construction plans and drawings and the technical specifications associated with drawings. Able to outline specifications required for submission to clients and ensure submittals and shop drawings are approved.
• 2+ years preparing subcontract scopes and contracts.
• 2+ years expereince with project close out.
• 1+ years working with cost control systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar, or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.
